A business needs to get its name and business model in front of people – the RIGHT people, as often as possible. All the business building gurus say that you need to get the name and services out there to build the pipeline.
What the gurus didn’t tell you was how to build out a local property management business during a global pandemic. A good business plan includes reaching out and personally meeting with local realtors, contractors and others who might know owners looking for some help with their properties. Real Property Management Diamond had such a plan. It was going to be implemented in March of 2020. Then things changed.
So, what can you do? PIVOT and be flexible. Below is a picture of some of the revised marketing campaign:
