Deardiss Richey is a mom, a licensed Delaware Realtor, and an advocate for housing stability with a passion for helping individuals and families find quality housing solutions.

Since entering the real estate industry in 2018, Deardiss has combined a strong background in education – holding a B.S. in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education – with a people-first approach to property management and real estate services.

Deardiss is known for providing responsive, high-quality customer service to both residents and investors. She values the power of teamwork and truly enjoys working alongside her team at Real Property Management Diamond.

Deardiss believes kindness, professionalism, communication, and a little humor can make the real estate experience smoother and more enjoyable for everyone involved.

Mort and Nancy Mikkelsen are the proud local owners of Real Property Management Diamond. With careers in IT, management, human resources consulting & training, and theatre, they leapt into real estate to craft their own future.  Had they chosen a time to begin investing other than right before the real estate crash of 2008, the story might have been even better.  
HMMMM…..whoops!  

However, investing through the hard times has made for a really wide base of knowledge and understanding of real estate for them both. 

After almost 15 years in the business of real estate as owners, investors, property managers, and clients of other property managers, Mort and Nancy decided it was time to bring first class property management home to Delaware. 

Real Property Management Diamond is about Elevating the Experience! of owning and renting property. It’s all about the people and their needs and the processes to make the experience better.  Owners want results and good residents and residents are looking for good homes.
